Here is a brief guide to FISCAL INCENTIVES 2024 for the purchase of new doors and windows

ECOBONUS
- If you are the owner or have a right to the property: (usufruct, use, loan), if you are a tenant or reside in the property. - If you need to replace the fixtures and/or accessories of the fixtures and your home is heated (there are fixed winter air conditioning systems) and existing that is stacked (new constructions and interventions of new fixtures are NOT included in the bonus, but only replacements of existing ones).
- Window replacement;
- Replacement of entrance doors that border on the outside;
- Replacement or new installation of blackout closures (shutters, roller shutters, shutters);
- Replacement or new installation of solar shading (Venetian blinds integrated into the glass, blackout curtains) only those located from East to West via the South;
- Insulation or replacement of bins.
Usually it is not necessary to file any file with the Municipality if the replacement falls within the Free Building.
If after the consultation, it is considered that the replacement falls under Extraordinary Maintenance (and therefore the obligation of CILA / SCIA) we offer the opening and management service of the BUILDING PROCESS directly in the Office.
- Payment by talking bank transfer – energy requalification (art 296/06 and subsequent amendments)
- Send the data to ENEA (Energy Agency). For those who need it, we offer a service for sending data to Enea
- Keep invoices and documents for ten years
50% of the cost including VAT
BONUS CASA
- If you are the owner or have a right to the property: (usufruct, use, loan), if you are a tenant or reside in the property. - If you already have an open building permit (CILA/SCIA) for other interventions you are carrying out on the property. (Extraordinary maintenance, conservative restoration/rehabilitation or Restructuring). If after the consultation it is deemed that the title is necessary for the intervention, we offer the opening and management service of the BUILDING PROCESS directly in the Office.
Replacement of existing fixtures and accessories by changing the size of new windows or opening new compartments
New fixtures installations
Replacement of internal doors also with modification of the dimensions. (Operation not possible with the Ecobonus deduction)
Replacement of fixtures and accessories in unheated environments (eg cellars, garages, attics). (Operation not possible with the Ecobonus deduction)
- Payment by bank transfer for tax breaks – building redevelopment, House Bonus Art. 16 bis TUIR
- Send the data to ENEA (energy body) only for the part of the supply and installation that provides energy savings (for example, door that divides a heated room from a cold room). For those who need it, we offer a service for sending data to Enea
- Keep invoices and documents for ten years

BONUS SICUREZZA
If you are the owner or have a right to the property: (usufruct, use, loan), if you are a tenant or reside in the property. If you need to replace existing windows with security (anti-intrusion) frames.
- strengthening,
- replacement or installation of gates, wall fences of buildings
- replacement or installation of grates
- replacement or installation of armored or reinforced doors
- replacement or installation of locks, padlocks, bolts, peepholes
- installation of opening and break-in detectors on windows
affixing of shutters or garage doors - metal shutters with locks
- shatterproof glass
